Web Directory Terms of Service
Please keep in mind that
all site reviewings are subject to the following Terms
Of Service. Splur.net reserves the right to change the
following TOS at any time they wish without
notification.
Services
Provided
Splur.net Web Directory
performs careful review of all submitted links. One of
the qualified admins will review submitted links
carefully so the directory is only full of quality
sites. Please understand that paying for a link
submission within directory is only valid for that link
and you will have to pay again if you wish to submit
another link under same package.
Process
of Payment
Payments that are
conducted through Splur.net are due upon completion
of link submission. If, for some reason, we do not
approve your website your website will be re-reviewed by
another admin and if they also reject then you will have
your payment refunded. If there is something simple to
change for your submission to go through then you will
notified about it and once changed your submission will
be accepted.
Requirements
of Submission
If the following are in
your site you will not receive a link:
- Any website that is mostly an affiliate site.
Most affiliate sites are created to make money
outside their own business.
- Sites that are duplicates of other websites.
Same content but on a different URL. Copyrights
should not be broken!
- Any website that redirects or points to another
URL.
- Sites that are either UNDER CONSTRUCTION or
PARKED, please finish your website pre review so
we can provide you with the best service.
- Any website that either promotes the use of
anything that constitutes anything illegal. This
includes but not limited to; Warez, torrents,
sites that promote hate.
- Site must also have mainly English content.
Placement
or Re-Placement of Websites
Splur.net Web Directory
reserves the right to change description, edit titles,
or replace any URL, and move sites from one category to
another if found to be in wrong place.
Termination
of URL
Splur.net Web Directory
reserves the right to refuse a linking service to any
website that violates their Terms of Service and at any
time Splur.net can terminate or discontinue service
without any notice. Splur.net will not be held
accountable or liable for discontinuation of services
including those that have been paid for.
Newsletter
Upon reviewing your submission your
email will be added to our newsletter's mailing list. We
may send out ONE newsletter every three to four weeks so we WON'T
spam you like many other directories do. You will be
given an unsubscribe option within the email if you
choose not to receive it.
